Mystery Shopping

Full Scope Inc. is hired by restaurants, retail businesses and other service businesses to help them determine how the consumer perceives the quality of their service and product. We send shoppers anonymously into their locations to order a meal in a restaurant, make a purchase in a retail establishment or inquiry to a service business. The mystery shopper acts like any normal customer. After the visit, the shopper fills out the designated form on our website, answering yes or no to simple questions and adding comments about the events that happened during the visit. In some cases, a narrative report is required.

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals who have fun interacting with people while earning money. We need professional representatives (greeters) to staff our programs nationwide for services which include greeting consumers at various venues for solicitation, sampling or product demonstration and visiting retail establishments for activities such as mystery shopping, placing take-ones, information distribution, etc. We do require that you have a dependable form of transportation.

All of our auditors are independent contractors. Although we consider them part of our family and have specific guidelines for them to follow, they ultimately work for themselves.
