Galashiels - October CAMEO

Join us for a CAMEO "Come and Meet Each Other." An opportunity for people living with osteoporosis to come together and chat in an informal setting.

Galashiels Support Group

CAMEO stands for "Come And Meet Each Other," and that is exactly what these sessions are for. These informal social meetings provide a supportive environment for members of the Galashiels community to discuss bone health, share practical tips for living with osteoporosis, and build friendships.

Atmosphere: Relaxed and peer-led.

Who it’s for: Everyone is welcome—from the newly diagnosed to long-term members.

Cost: Free to attend.

The Community Space where the meetings take place is in store, at the rear of the shop. Access is via the lift to the Cafe area on the first floor.

Further access, from outside is to the right of the building at the back of the store, via the employee's entrance with lift and stair access.

Car parking is free.
