We aim to start promptly at 2.00pm, so if possible, please arrive by around 1.50pm to allow time for checking in. There will be the opportunity to ask questions, but we've found it works better for everyone if these are saved until the end of the presentation, so you might wish to bring a pen and paper to jot down anything which occurs to you during the talk! As usual there will be plenty of time for an informal cuppa and chat from about 3.00pm. To assist with planning, it would be really helpful if you could let us know if you hope to attend. Also, if in the unlikely event the meeting had to be cancelled, we would get in touch with you if we knew we were expecting you.
